Some NCN features can be read without an account. Community features such as posting or replying may require Google sign-in.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Do not impersonate another person or use an account to mislead, harass or abuse others.

You are responsible for anything you submit to the forum, comments, ratings, article submissions or other interactive areas.

Do not post unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually exploitative, malicious, spammy or infringing material. Do not post private information about another person without permission, and do not use NCN to distribute malware, scams or piracy links.

By submitting content for public display, you give NCN permission to host, display, reproduce and format that content as reasonably necessary to operate the relevant feature. You keep ownership of content you already own.

NCN may remove, hide or edit the presentation of user-submitted content, restrict posting, or suspend access to community features when we reasonably believe this is needed for safety, moderation, legal compliance or the proper operation of the service.

We do not promise to review every submission before it appears, and publication of user content does not mean NCN endorses it.

NCN branding, logos, original articles, podcast material, graphics and other original content belong to NCN or the relevant creators/licensors and may not be copied, republished or commercially reused without permission except where the law allows it.

Reviews, news and release pages may include or refer to third-party names, trademarks, promotional material or copyrighted works for purposes such as identification, commentary, criticism, reporting or linking. Those rights remain with their respective owners.

If you believe material on NCN infringes your rights, contact us with enough detail for us to review the issue.

Reviews, rankings, features and commentary reflect the views of the relevant writers or hosts. Scores and opinions are subjective.

Release dates, event details, platforms, availability and similar information can change after publication. We try to keep information useful and current, but we cannot guarantee that every date or listing will remain accurate.

Where content is sponsored, supplied for review, affiliate-linked or otherwise commercially connected, NCN aims to label that relationship where appropriate.

NCN links to services and websites we do not control, including video platforms, podcast services, retailers, social networks and event or publisher websites. Using those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of external services merely because NCN links to them.

NCN is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or retire features, and we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

Nothing on NCN is intended as professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms as the site changes. When we make a meaningful update, we will change the date shown at the top of this page.
